Using unique recipe dating back to 1939 and the finest Western Beef, we produce everything in small batches, slow cured to achieve optimum flavor then put through a High Pressures Pasteurization and dramatically reducing bacteria and by doing so increasing shelf life and insuring freshness.

All meat orders are shipped Monday, Tuesyday and Wednsday to avoid possible weekend delays.
