We've been in business for 101 years.

Originally founded by Salvatore Fichera, Fichera Foods is now owned and operated by his grandson, Bruce Fichera.

The company has grown from a small butcher shop in South Philadelphia to a worldwide distributor of
portion-controlled and professionally butchered cuts of beef, veal, lamb and poultry.

We at Fichera Foods, through our network of logistics professionals, are able to ship to and service a wide range of US and international based clients with our custom cut and packaged products, all Choice grade and above.

Our growth from the proverbial “Mom and Pop” business to a major player in the food industry was made possible by establishing and maintaining a reputation for providing the highest quality meats, a proprietary
veal tenderizing process, exceptional customer service,  and more.
